Details: The Grand Blue Mile, presented by Wellmark, is a one-mile run/walk in downtown Des Moines for all ages. New in 2025, Spike’s Sprint lets kids 10 & under race in three divisions and earn a special giveaway. Enjoy family fun with bounce houses, face painting, and the Mascot Madness race!
