School counselor, Cayle Buckingham, is implementing yoga lessons once a month throughout the entire school year. The program, called Challenge to Change, is made possible thanks to a grant from CROSS Mental Health Region. Challenge to Change teaches students yoga skills, moves and poses, while exploring yoga’s mental health impact. Students will use a mood meter to gauge their feelings before and after their yoga lessons.
