Once again the robotics class is busy learning how to code for the Gyro sensor. The Gyro sensor can tell the bot how much it should turn or how steep it should go up a slope. An example of this can be seen everyday on the cell phones. When you turn your phones sideways a Gyro sensor and coding used will make the screen turn sideways as well. The Gyro sensor can also detects the rotation rate for turning in degrees like 90°/120°/180°. In the video you will see AJ trying to get his robot to make a 60° angle for the triangle and the 90° angles for the square.
