Central Decatur Community School Foundation

Preserving the Past, Preparing for the Future

Purpose

Established in 1998, the Central Decatur Community School Foundation (CDCSF) actively enhances Central Decatur Community School District.  As a tax-exempt 501c3, CDCSF has established a permanent endowment managed by South Central Iowa Community Foundation to provide support to Central Decatur Community School District in the following ways:

  • Student Scholarships
  • Classroom Innovation Grants
  • District Enrichment Grants

Accomplishments

With the current $150,000 endowment, the Central Decatur Community School Foundation has provided the following enrichments to the school community:

  • $44,900 in Senior Scholarships
  • $3,921.30 in Classroom Innovation Grants
  • $2000 in District Enrichment Grants
