My name is Kimberly Elsberry, and I serve as the professional school counselor for grades 7-12. I started my position at Central Decatur in 2019. Prior to that, I was the K-12 school counselor at Murray Community School District for one year.
I completed my undergraduate degree at Northwest Missouri State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Studies. I stayed at Northwest Missouri State University to complete my graduate program. I graduated in the spring of 2018 with a Master of Education in School Guidance and Counseling.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband Sam and our son Boyd. Some of my hobbies include helping with my family’s row crop farm, traveling, going on walks, and more.
