Reminder: Student Health Information Due in Multiple Grades

The 2022-23 school year is underway and this is a reminder to parents for required health information regarding students.

Students entering preschool need proof of a lead test, dental screen, physical and immunizations. Kindergarten students also need a dental screen, vision screen, physical and up to date immunizations. Students entering third grade need a vision screen within the last year. Seventh grade students will need some immunizations including a tetanus (Tdap) and meningitis vaccine. Students entering high school (ninth grade) need a dental screen by November 30, 2022. Seniors need a second dose of meningitis vaccine. Any student participating in athletics needs an athletic physical prior to beginning practice. Please contact your school nurse with any questions.
