Three students participated in the Pride of Iowa Speech contest on Tuesday. Payton Phillips ’25 competed in the Solo Musical Theater category and received a II rating. Bella Boyce ’26 competed in the Poetry category and received a I rating. Lastly Izzy Triggs ’24 competed for the first time in the Reviewing category and received a I rating. It was a very successful day.
Two students competed in District Speech hosted by East Union High School on Saturday. Payton Phillips received a II rating in the Solo Musical Theater Category and Bella Boyce competed in the Poetry category and received a II rating. They did a great job!
