Central Decatur Students Compete at Solo Ensemble Contest

Seven chorus students participated in Class 2A Solo Ensemble Contest at Red Oak on Saturday.  Pictured above, front row right to left: Payton Phillips ’25, DeLaney Brown ’24, Jazlyn Byrd ’26, and Addison Brown ’26. Back row: Anden Hall ’25, Reese O’Dell ’25, and Angel Gilliam ’26.

The small group vocal ensemble performed together and Anden Hall ’25 sang a solo (pictured below). The ensemble received a II or excellent rating and Anden received a I or superior rating. The students said it was a fun day and they did an awesome job!!!!
