Hospitality and Food Management Caters Leon Chamber of Commerce Meal

Work-based learning is a large part of successful Career and Technical Education programs. To build real life work skills, students in the Hospitality and Food Management course recently planned, developed a bid, and catered the Leon Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year banquet. This included a salad course, main dish and dessert and was served by students in Mrs. Bell’s classes as well as FCCLA members. The students served around 80 individuals the night of the event.
