Central Decatur’s health occupations class began job shadowing at Decatur County hospital on November 22. The students will go to the hospital once a week for four weeks and rotate through different areas of the hospital to learn about various career opportunities. The students have been studying different career pathways throughout the semester and now are able to see some of those areas in person. The students are excited to see healthcare in action and expand their knowledge on possible healthcare careers here in Decatur county. Central Decatur would like to thank Shannon Erb and Kelly Barker for setting up this opportunity for our students.
