Upcycling Project in Science Class

Middle school students in Ms. Hamilton’s Science class recently learned about recycling. Not only did students learn important information about why we need to recycle, but they also took the opportunity to learn how to upcycle – a popular trend. Students took milk cartons from their lunches and made them into insect homes for this project, but also brainstormed other everyday items they could repurpose.
