Optional flu vaccinations will be available at school. Decatur County Public health will be at CD on Friday, October 22, to give flu shots to any interested student, third grade and above, that is on Medicaid. Consent forms must be returned to receive the shot and may be downloaded below. Please contact your school nurse with any questions.
