Boys Track Team Repeats as Pride of Iowa Conference Champions

The Central Decatur boys track team defended their 2021 championship title with a win at Lenox Tuesday night. The meet was a great team win, as the Cardinals excelled in the field events, sprints and long distance races.  “Our upperclassman were the driving force throughout the night,” stated Coach Jon Pedersen.  “We were happy that we improved our standing within the conference throughout the night for a satisfying 179 teams points which allowed us to win by 49 points over the second place team.”
