Boyce ’26, Byrd ’24, Phillips ’25, and Rhueport ’26 Represent CD at District Speech Contest

Four Central Decatur students participated in the District Speech Contest on Saturday, March 25th at Mt Ayr.  Bella Boyce competed in Poetry and received a II or excellent rating, Kaylee Byrd competed in Storytelling and received a II or excellent rating, Payton Phillips competed in Solo Music Theater and received a II or excellent rating and Allison Rhueport competed in Prose and received a II or excellent rating.  This was the first year all of the students had competed in speech and they did a great job!
