Central Decatur Represented at South Central Iowa Choral Directors Choir

Fourteen students in fifth and sixth grades from Central Decatur attended the fifth-sixth South Central Iowa Choral Directors Honor Choir in Indianola.  There were two choirs for the afternoon, one guest director working with all the 5th graders in attendance and one working with all the 6th graders that attended.  There were 17 schools that participated with a total of 225 students.  The students worked with a guest director for the afternoon and then performed their songs in an evening concert.  The students worked hard during rehearsals and did a great job in the concert.
