Central Decatur is excited to take part in #WhyApply Day on Friday, September 19. This nationwide celebration highlights the importance of students applying to college and taking that first big step toward their futures.

On #WhyApply Day, students, staff, and community members are encouraged to:

  • Wear your favorite college colors to show support for higher education.
  • Share your “why” — Why is applying to college an important step for you or someone you know?

By wearing college colors and sharing our “why,” we send a powerful message to our students: education opens doors, creates opportunities, and builds strong futures.
