North Elementary Sixth Grader Achieves Rare Perfect Attendance Milestone

At the North Elementary end-of-year assembly, the Central Decatur Community School District celebrated a historic milestone: sixth grader Braxton Stamper was recognized for completing his entire elementary school career without missing a single day of school!

From preschool through sixth grade, Braxton maintained perfect attendance for eight consecutive years. To honor his extraordinary dedication and resilience, North Elementary presented him with a special “G.O.A.T.” (Greatest Of All Time) trophy amid a standing ovation from students, staff, and family.

As Braxton heads to junior high this fall, the Cardinal community congratulates him on leaving behind an inspiring legacy of dependability.

Congratulations, Braxton! You truly are the G.O.A.T.!
